LastPass have not contacted me.So, I still don’t know how to cancel my account and prevent future Direct Debits from LastPass.
Create a better company!
I need to cancel my subscription and ensure my credit card is never charged again.
How do I do that? I cannot speak to a human being, nor email a human being.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They signed me back up as a premium user.
I had a receipt, but there was no human to talk to, because they said I was a free user and not allowed to utilize a troubleshooter. Somehow, they saw my issue and fixed it.
User's recommendation: Every customer is a future customer. Haven’t been able to get a human for weeks. Won’t let me renew, so now I can’t get an agent.
Change billing credit card
I was directed twice to the website, used the automated system, never addressed my concern. I never spoke to a rep.
then the call was disconnected.
I wasn't able to access account settings. I spent 2 frustrating hours and still not able to change my billing credit card
You must call the support to cancel the subscription
What the *** I just wanted to get out of my contract...
Such a waste of time to talk to the support, and I had to call them twice because the cancellation email was missing.

Your system will not let me renew what was my active premium account
As receiving notice to renew which I thought was on auto renew your system keeps saying Oops something went wrong. This is distressful as now I am locked out and you cant help me via phone.

I have a valid Master Password, but it would not recognize it, so I tried to reset it. In doing so, it told me, "You tried sending too many SMS messages. Please try again in a little while." I am getting nowhere with accessing my account, which holds my Word sites/passwords.I now have been at this for two days.
I have been a customer for several years and have updated my master password at least three times in its existence.

Not able to recover account. Not made aware of requirements before needed and then too late to do.
I can't reach a person to resolve my issue about not being able to log in. My password is blocked and I'm getting a message that recovery is not available for the email I have been using for years.

No live customer service that I could find. Aggravating, to say the least.
Program won't log in with current or past password or fingerprint since I switched to new phone. Can not for the life of me get a live human for customer support.

Unable to complete website payment for new account
The website kept deleting the line listing country on my cellphone. Switched to a laptop and problem as resolved.

I got a charge 2 years after I cancelled. They have ZERO way to contact them so there is no support. I am beyond annoyed.

LastPass doesn't recognize master password; tried all their ways to recover, restore and everything else, nothing worked!

Did LP do an update that is causing this problem?
Spent 6 hours yesterday to try to resolve. Now have two lap tops that LP won't work on.
One a Chromebook using Google Chrome and the other a HP running Firefox.
Please help resolve this problem. Thank you
