Better no verification email. No live agent, and when I got a phone number, they said to submit it online. I've spent the last 2 hours trying that, just going around in circles.

Login issue!
Unfortunately, I was not able to speak with a Live representative to assist me with my Login issue. With that being said, I received an Email from Last Pass last Week - it informed me that because of my inactivity with Last Pass (over a 2 Year Period) my account would be terminated in 3 Days.
By the time I responded to this Email my attempts to sign in, retrieve my Password, and submit a new Password was ineffective.

Following what I said in the paragraph onwards after this I still haven't been contacted by LastPass which pains me to say until this issue I thought LastPass was the bees knees but now unless they do the right thing I can't say they are great anymore. While they don't do anything I'm without all of my sites passwords meaning I'm stuck, and I've told them I can't do anything I tried everything to contact LastPass, but they have not helped me.
Like I said, the following was what I put down first.
This is related to my request for help from LastPass. When I followed a link at the beginning I filled things out explaining about my issue and hoped that LastPass would do the correct thing, but later I found that the form was for pissedconsumer and now having tried to get through to LastPass again I get an email from pissedconsumer telling me LastPass as passed over my email thus leaving me in a mess, The only details I have for my passwords is the regular ones meaning I can't get into any of my other 50 or so accounts because I don't write passwords down and now because I don't have money to pay for a LastPass account I feel I've been, the next word I don't like saying because of my beliefs, but it's how I feel, ---- on (in the end I couldn't put it down) because I don't have money for extras due to having to live in housing with care because of my health and disability issues which the council takes 75% of my pension and that's before Citizen housing add extras on the rent regardless of whether you use or don't use what the charges are for which means they take £40 from me every month for nothing. Because LastPass won't help me, I can't get to any freeware attached to some of my accounts and that grieves me to think that a big company can roll over you as if you don't matter, certainly LastPass shouldn't be like this nobody can afford to have their name blackened by treating people wrongly and if it's because of being on this site then I've said how that came to be and if it's why I'm being treated wrongly then being petty isn't the right thing to do. What gets me is that I clicked in LastPass which in the end turned out to be, well this site so what went wrong and why should LastPass push me aside is it one rule for one and another for others.
Please help me get back to my accounts so that I can get back to learning to write a story, which without my LastPass account I can't carry on with it or anything else when I don't have my passwords to numerous accounts. Can someone push LastPass in the right direction or do I stop giving to children everyday I'm out it's not a fortune, but £5 a day is a lot for me with my circumstances. I think the five a day £1 to each one is enough because most give what my target is that at least one smile a day be given and always that's the least, so I achieve my target and all comes from 18yrs of my life being the worst and all because I talked about my Mother which my step mum didn't like so the buckle of a belt on my back was used which led to some work on the skin on my back and I still have a long scar to remind me, not something I'd want any child to go through. I've been giving for 14yrs now, well it's just the start of the 15th year from this month so if I didn't give to children I could have paid for LastPass, but it means more for me to give to some others and children are what our life is all about setting them right for there journey in years to come.
Let's see if LastPass will reply now and tell me if they want the money I give to children, or will they let me carry on giving children a reason to smile. If any of you out there think I should stop giving to children tell me and why, for me, it's about giving to those who are next to make the journey so many of us have done and still some of us have that to come.
Until now, I thought LastPass was perfect, but now they have ignored me in my request to get going again. If you pay for it, maybe treatment will be better.
Preferred solution: My account reset so that I can get into my accounts again, is it so much to ask. Please reset my account.
User's recommendation: If you have free it is great but if you need help with free, it seems they don't help,unless it's just me because of a mixup on the site

My name is Alan Ahern.
I have been a Lastpass customer for the past 2 years. I was advised that my account was up for renewal on the 9th April (today) however I decided I did not want to renew so I deleted my account yesterday, the 8th April.
I notice however that you have debited my account with another years subscription yesterday - a day before the renewal was due.
Please contact me and confirm that a refund will be issued.

i had to reformat my computer and when i went to log into my lastpass acct. it wants to verify my account and wants to send the info to the email account i no longer have access to...
i've suffered 2 strokes and have totally lost my memory... i rely on lastpass, like you couldn't believe... please help... thank you...

This issue was resolved by LastPass quickly -
I have been trying for several days to renew my Premium membership because I got a message it was expiring (even though it was on auto renewal), and kept getting an error message, and now it has expired and I cannot access my account. When I click upgrade, I get the same error message.
I cant reach customer support by phone and because I dont have a premium account now I cant get support through the chat.
Can a Lastpass representative please help me? My email is kimkelly@***.com

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They signed me back up as a premium user.
I had a receipt, but there was no human to talk to, because they said I was a free user and not allowed to utilize a troubleshooter. Somehow, they saw my issue and fixed it.
User's recommendation: Every customer is a future customer. Haven’t been able to get a human for weeks. Won’t let me renew, so now I can’t get an agent.

Change billing credit card
I was directed twice to the website, used the automated system, never addressed my concern. I never spoke to a rep.
then the call was disconnected.
