I have set up one time passwords, but they don't work. What do I do?
I am trying to log in using one time passwords, and I get to the point where I do two factor authentication. Then it fails. I need to speak to support, but they don't answer.

I lost my phone so my google authenticator doesnt works on my knew phone. I have to remove the authenticator but my email has changed so i cant receive the email to remove the authenticator. How can i solve this?

Ohhh. I am not having that trouble but I got double charged for the premium service this month and the so-called customer service number I found sends you to their support page!
