App asked for my master password, which I have forgotten, and account recovery with facial ID that had been set up doesn't work. It's impossible to reach a living person for help.

The saga continues. LastPass is so inept that they cannot provide me any information regarding what account cause my card to be charged $36 4 times, even when presented with the now cancelled full card information.Why would anyone trust this company with any secure information. I cancelled my account year ago because they were so inept, yet they kept charging me
No longer worth the effort. They could not even tell me any info about the account that my credit card was being charged for.
I no longer have an account or login. LastPass has no way to reach customer support without logging in, which I cannot do. It is likely illegal that they provide contact information without being logged in.
I've since had multiple email conversations with LastPass support and they keep asking for more information before even trying to let me know what specific LastPass account the payment is for. I closed the credit card, provided them a previous email in 2024 where they stated auto-pay was turned off and the account cancelled.
NOT TRUE.
I feel now like in out $72 for the Dec 2024 and Dec 2025 charges on an account that they cannot even identify the user of. ABSURD waste of my and their time.

I have a user (the CEO) that isn't receiving emails to log back into the service, and they have no chat, no email, no phone, just "go to the community." There is no direct way to open a ticket, and I need help from them, not the community that cannot access their systems to check. "Frustration" is just one word I would use as a description.

Verified ReviewerCustomer service is non-existent. When the product works, it does its job, but when it loses your credentials and you are unable to log into your vault, you are SOL.
- - Master password not recognized after reset and login fails.
- - I cannot access my vault or passwords, and the company cannot be contacted.
The platform does not recognize my master password. When I verify my account and reset the master password, the program tells me that I have succeeded, am all set, and should log in again.
When I do, the program tells me my password is not recognized. Thus, I am unable to log in and unable to reset my password.
As a result, I cannot access my vault and cannot access my passwords. The company cannot be contacted by telephone, email, chatbot, or any other means.

Hope you don’t have trouble because you can’t get a hold of anybody to solve it far as I can tell they have zero customer service and don’t care.
They dont seem to care about their customers they just want the money once you pay you cant get a hold of them to cancel or to get logged in when you have a problem

Security is the most important feature of a password manager. However, if you lose access to your email account and it is the only way Last Pass will communicate with you the service you have used for the last 7 years is now worthless and (even worse) problematic. Customer Service is expensive but it is the difference between a mediocre app and a real company.
