So far getting help seems impossible

I have a user (the CEO) that isn't receiving emails to log back into the service, and they have no chat, no email, no phone, just "go to the community." There is no direct way to open a ticket, and I need help from them, not the community that cannot access their systems to check. "Frustration" is just one word I would use as a description.

Do not store password on this app better yet get your money back and get you a password book with lock and key! Serious, this isn't worth the cost!! There is NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

Customer service is non-existent. When the product works, it does its job, but when it loses your credentials and you are unable to log into your vault, you are SOL.

The platform does not recognize my master password. When I verify my account and reset the master password, the program tells me that I have succeeded, am all set, and should log in again.

When I do, the program tells me my password is not recognized. Thus, I am unable to log in and unable to reset my password.

As a result, I cannot access my vault and cannot access my passwords. The company cannot be contacted by telephone, email, chatbot, or any other means.

2. Click on the Request Help Logging In 3.

Enter your email address 4. You will receive a code you must enter to validate your account From there a case will be created with LastPass Customer Support.

Hope you don’t have trouble because you can’t get a hold of anybody to solve it far as I can tell they have zero customer service and don’t care.

Great Product. Unless you need customer service.

Security is the most important feature of a password manager. However, if you lose access to your email account and it is the only way Last Pass will communicate with you the service you have used for the last 7 years is now worthless and (even worse) problematic. Customer Service is expensive but it is the difference between a mediocre app and a real company.

Hope nothing goes wrong because you can’t get a hold of them there is no customer support to resolve a login problem. It keeps saying login and you can get help. How do you login if you can’t

You cannot contact customer service. I locked out a last pass because my email that I used no longer exist and they keep asking me to give an email address to verify who I am

There is no customer service that you can talk to cannot connect with email verification because email account no longer exist and they wont let me change it because I cant talk to anybody to do this

They just keep running me in circles to send a verification code to an email account that no longer exist to verify who I am

Recovery and subscription change.

Unacceptable customer service! Online support impossible, and it's maddening there is no way to reach a live representative.

Phone numbers are no longer in service. Even the sales department has been completely unresponsive.

This software needs to be updated to work with different browers. The hassle of being locked out of your account and can't talk to anyone to get immediate help is ridiculous.

Having to change passwords often and still get locked out. It doesn't recognize your email address yet they send you and email is crazy. Not very happy at all.

Don't think I will renew my upcoming renewal. Too much hassle and time consuming.

Long-time user. Now a poor customer service experience

After signing in to my account on my laptop, I keep getting a 'Welcome to your Vaut!" message, and 'Add your first password'. When I try to access my passwords nothing happens.

My mobile Lastpass app works just fine. There doesn't seem to be ANY customer support to help with this problem. I tried their "Chat" feature but it was pathetic and not helpful.

There does not appear to be a customer service number to talk with a live person. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I would not recommend LastPass.
