Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I was finally able to find a phone number for talking to a human. Be warned that this only works if you have a Premium account.The number in the US: 866-890-****Ater speaking with a human, my issue was resolved.
I need to talk to a human because I can't log in. But it tells me that's only for Premium accounts and I need to prove it by logging in. No help at all!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received a call from customer support and solved my issue on the phone.Much appreciated.
We also have a support ticket that has been raised, but we are unable to see any updates or access the ticket. Reaching support or an agent is a real headache. Every time we try to request help, we receive this message: 'Thank you for contacting LastPass.
We have identified that you have submitted a request through our website within the last 72 hours. We are confirming that we have received your initial request and someone from the LastPass Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible for assistance.

- Complicated process to reset or retrieve password
- Poor support response
- No payment options for premium
Preferred solution: Fix my problem URGENTLY

Im a premium user.Ive tried everything to solve a login problem.
I go round and round and round with no satisfaction. Ive tried multiple times to contact a human with no success.
My problem is trying to change my login email.
I keep getting a message to open my email which doesnt exist any longer!
Im very very frustrated.
Its a great company otherwise.

Verified ReviewerResolved: There is no live support for the free version, apparently including paying for support.
They fixed the problem on their own.
I have not lost my master password, so LastPass logs me in but immediately logs me out. I've tried the solutions on the support site, such as clearing the cache in my browser and changing various options for LastPass.
This behavior can also happen if you haven't used the program in a while, which I haven't. So, I'm stuck. I was part of their data breach, but now they require a paid version for support?
I feel undone. No thanks.

I followed the instructions in their knowledge base to cancel, but the button they tell you to press does not exist. Is it impossible to cancel? I had to cancel my credit card to prevent being charged.

i have been trying to login and follow the directions I have been sent but no luck and i have contacted the help desk many times and also the chat room - this morning , i get to the stage to pay $2 and the Commonwealth bank wont accept payment to you, can I please have a phone number to talk to someone. this is very frustrating

Verified ReviewerCan't close Last Pass website when browser is closed. Also won't close when there is a designated amount of time of inactivity.
There are many complaints on the Internet about this, and no contact persons are available to assist. Understand that there is a class-action lawsuit related to two data breaches in 2022 that were not reported to customers in a timely manner.
Why should I, or would I, continue to trust this company with my passwords and information? I would have to be brain-dead!

Your password did not arrive within the 5 minutes deadline for entering so my message disappeared and was not sent
Your pass code did not come within the 5 minute deadline for entering so I assume my message was never sent. This is stupit bgut everything about Last Pass is rediculous and complicated.
