First off, you have to be a sleuth to find the phone number. Its impossible to find it in contact us!
A lot of companies support lines are virtually hidden and lead you around in circles. Which sucks, right
But I found it.

And I was connected to Adda (I hope I got her name right).
My hearing is not great, and she had a bit of an accent, but if she was anything, it was above all PATIENT! She took here time with me, working through one solution then another, until we found one that worked.
Im very grateful to her for her patience and professionalism!

I can't renew or access LastPass. I talked to customer service yesterday and was told that everything was done.
Today I can't open my account. I don't understand how this works or why it acts like I don't have enough letters.
I have 228 at this point but nothing I write is enough. My whole LastPass experience has been like this.

Fraudulent charging activity
Do your own research. The phone number they provide is from a past partner that was doing the technical support. Theyre taking subscription fees and hiding.

Please let me talk to an agent. I couldn't remember my master password and tried to reset it too many times.
Then, I gave up and used your Strong Password. Now, my Vault looks different with red flags on all of my names.
Help me, please! 901-550-****.

Preferred solution: I can’t login!! A phone call!! I want to reset my password and protect my account. Support won’t help me because I’m not legged in!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We received the product we paid for.
The issue has been resolved. We now have our access on multiple devices and are using them.

I cant get the verification codes sent to my email. I cant change my password since I dont have the verification codes.
I am so upset that I am not able to login to my account . This is so frustrating and so unfair.

I didn't get my money back because they said I had gotten a new card and they couldn't refund money to that card.
No refund from them yet because they said I changed debit cards now they can't give me my money back, I have to go to my bank.

Verified Buyer |Last pass fraudulent billing
I canceled last pass AGAIN a couple of years ago. They keep billing me annually.
Currently I cant get through to support to have them refund because I canceled, and my account was deleted in 2022. I still have emails to prove this.
I requested my credit card info be removed last time this happened and it wasnt. Still cant get through.

Locked out of Lastpass
You are not answering my problem. My email was jthom48@***.net Spectrum was my service provider.
I moved out of their service area. I changed my email to jthom48@***.com. I cannot access the charter.net account. So I cannot verify my device.
My phone is the same but I have a new iPad Air. Please restore my facial id so I can log in

I've been toying with replacing it with a service that HASN'T been hacked AND has some level of customer service. this poor experience will likely propel that decision.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I was finally able to find a phone number for talking to a human. Be warned that this only works if you have a Premium account.The number in the US: 866-890-****Ater speaking with a human, my issue was resolved.
I need to talk to a human because I can't log in. But it tells me that's only for Premium accounts and I need to prove it by logging in. No help at all!
- Works well and has kept my vault safe since 2017
- Almost noway to talk to support team
