Lastpass refuses to help after months of complaining I have contacted them over 20 times and reported them to the BBB(whom they refuse to respond) and they still ignore me. It has not worked for months and they refuse to give me a refund.

I have opened ticket after vticket with them and have talked with at least 20 techs and none have solved the problem. They blamed the problem on Microsoft and Microsoft blames lastpass. I am tired of fighting with them and getting nowhere.

I have compained to the BBB and my attorney general and they have ignored both. Do not use this co.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lastpass Password Management Software.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $12.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
